Watzmann East Face Route

Watzmann Normal Route via Hocheck

The normal route to the Watzmann summit via Hocheck is the standard alpine ascent on the massif. It follows a steep, exposed mountain path and ridge terrain rather than a simple hiking trail. The route is well documented and commonly used as the access line for the Watzmann Traverse.
