Via Normale

3A | AD | III Edit route
Monte Agner has a documented normal route to the summit that is used as the standard alpine ascent. It is not a simple hike and should be treated as a mountaineering route. The line involves steep mountain terrain with exposed passages. Depending on conditions, route-finding and sure-footedness are important. The route is generally less technical than the harder climbing lines on the peak, but it still requires alpine experience. It is a recognized summit route for this mountain.

Ferrata Stella Alpina

3A | AD | III
A classic and well-known equipped alpine route on Monte Agner's south face. It is a serious mountain ferrata rather than a hiking trail, with long exposed sections and sustained steepness. The route is typically climbed with via ferrata gear and a helmet. Although the ironwork reduces the technical difficulty, the exposure and mountain character remain significant. Conditions can be demanding in wet weather or with lingering snow. It is one of the established documented ways to reach the summit of Monte Agner.
