Via Ferrata Giuseppe Olivieri
The Giuseppe Olivieri ferrata is a well-known documented route on the Tofane massif and is commonly listed among the classic alpine ferratas of the area. It is a serious mountain route with long exposed sections, not a simple tourist trail. The route involves fixed cables, ladders, and steep rock, with sustained exposure throughout. It is best suited to climbers comfortable with ferrata technique and mountain conditions. Weather, lingering snow, and loose rock can significantly increase difficulty. The summit of Tofana di Mezzo is a common objective for parties using this line.
