Randkluftsteig

This is the standard and best-known mountaineering route on Hoher Dachstein. It is a glacier-and-ridge ascent rather than a pure hiking path, and normally requires alpine equipment and glacier travel skills. The route is generally straightforward in good conditions but can be serious because of crevasses, hard snow, and changing weather.
