Normal route from Furglersee / Furglerjoch

2A | PD | II Edit route
This is the standard documented ascent to Furgler and is the best-known way to the summit. It is an alpine mountain route rather than a technical climbing line, but the upper part involves exposed rocky terrain. The route is generally considered easy in mountaineering terms, with short scrambling sections near the top. Conditions can make the final rocks more serious when wet, icy, or snow-covered. The line is usually climbed from the Furglersee/Furglerjoch side in the Samnaun group of the Silvretta Alps. Because it is a normal route, it is typically descended the same way.
